Zusammenfassung:	A process for preparing secticide containing living bacteria and powdered coal ash as carrier includes such steps as two-stage liquid fermentation of pure spore powder as stock to obtain liquid containing a large quantity of bacterial colloidal balls, mixing it with nutritive liquid in ratio of 1 to 3, mixing with 300-mesh powdered coal ash (10 portions) and culturing at 26-29 deg.C for 6 days, and features high effect (85.2%), low cost, and no environmental pollution. The secticide can be used as agricultural chemical.
