Zusammenfassung:	The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of radioactive waste liquid treatment, in particular to a rotary calcining furnace starting method which comprises the steps that heating of a rotary calcining furnace is started, and meanwhile the rotary calcining furnace is controlled to rotate; after the heating temperature of the rotary calcining furnace rises to a first preset temperature, cooling liquid is conveyed into the rotary calcining furnace, so that the partial area, close to the inlet end of the rotary calcining furnace, in the rotary calcining furnace reaches heat balance; when the heating temperature of the rotary calcining furnace is increased to a second preset temperature, the flow of the cooling liquid is increased, so that heat balance in the rotary calcining furnace is achieved; when the heating temperature of the rotary calcining furnace rises to the target calcining temperature, cooling liquid conveying is stopped; inputting the radioactive waste liquid to be calcined into
