Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a laser cladding in-situ synthesized TiC-Ti3SiC2-Ni-based self-lubricating coating which comprises the following metal components in percentage by mass: 80%-90% of Ni45A, 7.3%-14.7% of Ti, 1.4%-2.9% of Si and 1.2%-2.4% of C, the mass ratio of Ni45A to (Ti + Si + C) is (8-9): (1-2); the molar ratio of Ti to Si to C is 3: 1: 2. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the TiC-Ti3SiC2-Ni based self-lubricating coating through laser cladding in-situ synthesis. According to the self-lubricating coating, Ni45A, Ti, Si and C in a specific proportion (mass ratio and/or molar ratio) serve as metal components, composite powder and a hot-working die H13 steel matrix are preset to form a molten pool at the high temperature, Ti, C and Si tend to form a self-lubricating phase Ti3SiC2, TiC hard phase is generated and serves as a second phase to play a second phase strengthening role, Ti3SiC2 and TiC are well combined with a matrix interface, and therefore the self-lubricating coating c |
