Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a CrN-(CrZr) N-ZrN nano ceramic composite coating and a preparation method thereof. The nano ceramic composite coating is sequentially composed of a transition layer Cr film, an aluminum diffusion barrier CrN film, a composite gradient layer (CrZr) N film and a superhard ZrN film. The preparation method comprises the following steps: depositing Cr, CrN, (CrZr) N and ZrN on the surface of a hot-working die in sequence by adopting a plasma technology, and controlling the coating thickness and the size of each single-layer film columnar crystal through coating parameters such as bias voltage, target current, air pressure, gas flow, deposition temperature, target current and deposition time to obtain the composite ceramic coating with optimal comprehensive performance.
