Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses recombinant bacillus amyloliquefaciens for expressing key antigens of African swine fever through stable fusion of two spore proteins and a construction method and application of the recombinant bacillus amyloliquefaciens. According to the recombinant bacillus amyloliquefaciens, p72, p30 and p54 proteins of the African swine fever are integrated to the surfaces of spores of bacillus amyloliquefaciens CPLK1314 through a gene editing and chemical conversion method; and then the recombinant bacteria are respectively mixed to immunize mice, and the recombinant bacteria are not only biologically safe probiotics, but also can induce body fluid and cell immunity of the mice so as to induce generation of specific antibodies aiming at African swine fever antigens. The recombinant bacillus amyloliquefaciens provided by the invention not only provides a theoretical basis for the research of oral vaccines for African swine fever, but also provides a new research and development thought.
