Zusammenfassung: | The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving a polymer material containing an aldehyde group active group, then adjusting the pH value, then mixing the solution with a solution of a polymer material grafted with a hydrazide group to serve as a dispersion phase, uniformly mixing petroleum ether and an emulsifier, and adding acetic acid to serve as a continuous phase; adding the dispersed phase into the oil phase, then swirling to form micro-droplets, and after swirling, placing a centrifugal tube in ice to form microgel. The particle size of the microgel prepared by the invention is less than 200 microns, the particle size distribution is narrower, the degradation rate is adjustable, and the microgel can be applied to loading and controlled release of drugs.
本发明公开了一种基于乳液法的微凝胶及其制备方法,包括:将含有醛基活性基团的聚合物材料溶解后调节pH值,再和接枝有酰肼基团的聚合物材料的溶液混合后作为分散相,将石油醚和乳化剂混合均匀加入醋酸作为连续相;将分散相加入到油相中后涡旋形成微液滴,涡旋后将离心管放置在冰中至形成微凝胶。本发明制备的微凝胶,粒径在200微米以下,粒径分布较窄,降解速率可调,可应用于药物的负载和控释。 |
