According to the method, the pretreated leather wastewater is treated by using the anaerobic ammonia oxidation system, so that efficient denitrification is realized, and a foundation is laid for broadening the engineering application of treating nitrogen-rich organic wastewater by using an anaerobic ammonia oxidation process.
