The adjustable seat comprises a seat main body, a mounting device, a first driving assembly, a second driving assembly and a controller, the seat main body is mounted on the mounting device; the mounting device comprises a fixing assembly, a first moving assembly arranged on the fixing assembly and a second moving assembly movably mounted on the first moving assembly; the motion direction of the second motion assembly has a component which ascends and descends in the vertical direction; the first driving assembly is connected with the first movement assembly and drives the first movement assembly to drive the second movement assembly and the seat body to move in the front-back direction of the seat body.
