Provided are a solid dispersion of (2R, 3S, 4S, 5R)-4-[[3-(3, 4-difluoro-2-methoxy-phenyl)-4, 5-dimethyl-5-(trifluoromethyl) tetrahydrofuran-2-carbonyl] amino] pyridine-2-carboxamide (Compound 1), as defined herein, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a tablet for the treatment of pain containing the solid dispersion.
