The invention provides an indoor transponder antenna and vehicle-mounted controller integrated test device, system and method. The test device comprises a vehicle-mounted transponder antenna, a transponder simulation coil, an adjustable support and a vehicle-mounted controller device test platform. The transponder simulation coil is used for sending transponder message information to the vehicle-mounted transponder antenna; the vehicle-mounted controller equipment test platform is electrically connected with the transponder simulation coil; and the vehicle-mounted controller equipment test platform is used for generating message information of the transponder and sending the message information through the transponder simulation coil so as to complete the test of the vehicle-mounted controller.
