Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a load structure of a DAC current source output impedance code and a compensation method thereof. The structure comprises a compensation voltage generation module, a first load resistor, a first output impedance compensation transistor, a second load resistor, a second output impedance compensation transistor and an output impedance end. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a digital input code of the digital-to-analog converter; dividing the digital input code to generate a compensation voltage; and determining the equivalent resistance value of the digital-to-analog converter according to the compensation voltage, and compensating the code correlation of the output impedance to obtain a linearized output voltage. According to the embodiment of the invention, the compensation of the code correlation of the output impedance of the current source can be realized, and the linearity of the DAC is improved.
