The method comprises the following steps: determining a plurality of lines in a power grid, and establishing an initial power grid topological graph of the power grid based on the plurality of lines; wherein a plurality of fault lines exist in the plurality of lines; inputting the power grid topological graph into a pre-trained damaged line repair model to obtain a target line sequentially determined by the damaged line repair model from the plurality of fault lines; repairing the currently selected target lines in sequence, and updating the power grid topological graph; and after each target line is repaired, obtaining a power grid power flow optimization scheduling strategy corresponding to the target line, and carrying out power scheduling on the power grid based on the updated power grid topological graph
