The heat management device comprises a first secondary refrigerant loop, a second secondary refrigerant loop, a refrigerant loop, a first control valve and a second control valve. The refrigerant loop is used for providing refrigerant and comprises a condenser and an evaporator which are connected in series. The first secondary refrigerant loop is used for providing a secondary refrigerant for the first equipment and comprises a first temperature control device, and the secondary refrigerant of the first secondary refrigerant loop is used for conducting heat exchange with the refrigerant at the evaporator.
