Comprising the following steps: acquiring orbit data of a central spacecraft and orbit data of a non-cooperative target; based on the orbit data of the central spacecraft and the orbit data of the non-cooperative target, extracting threat elements in the approaching process of the non-cooperative target; establishing a solution model of the threat elements, and obtaining a threat element calculation result through the solution model; and establishing a multi-index comprehensive model, inputting the threat element calculation result into the multi-index comprehensive model to obtain a threat index calculation result, and further obtaining a threat evaluation result.
