Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a photovoltaic module glass breaking failure simulation method. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining material characteristic parameters of photovoltaic glass and an interlayer adhesive film through a test; establishing a basic model by using LS-DYNA display dynamics software according to the size of the photovoltaic module and the requirements of an impact test ice hockey; defining a photovoltaic module supporting boundary condition and an ice hockey impact speed according to a standard impact test requirement; respectively defining material attributes of the photovoltaic module according to the material parameters; and judging the failure condition of the photovoltaic module according to the LS-DYNA calculation result, and determining whether the standard specification is met or not.
