Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a variable RCS reflector, which comprises a luneberg lens, a reflecting plate, a mounting seat and a main control module, and is characterized in that the luneberg lens and the mounting seat are relatively fixed; the number of the reflecting plates is at least two, and the reflecting plates are located between the luneberg lens and the installation base and are sequentially arranged in the radial direction of the luneberg lens. Between every two adjacent reflecting plates, the reflecting coefficient of the reflecting plate closer to the luneberg lens is smaller than that of the reflecting plate farther from the luneberg lens, so that the reflecting plate farther from the luneberg lens can partially or completely reflect radar waves penetrating through the reflecting plate closer to the luneberg lens; each reflecting plate is directly or indirectly mounted on the mounting seat through a linear moving mechanism; and the main control module is electrically connected with each linear movi
