The quantitative analysis and identification method mainly comprises the following steps: acquiring an extracellular sample and an intracellular sample from a bacterial suspension exposed to the antibiotics; pretreatment of an extracellular sample, specifically including solid-phase extraction and concentration of the extracellular sample; pretreatment of an intracellular sample, specifically comprising ultrasonic extraction and concentration of the intracellular sample; and carrying out liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry quantitative analysis to obtain the concentration of residual antibiotics inside and outside bacterial cells.
