Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a ferro-silicon alloy glass fuse piece, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing an anhydrous mixed flux and ferro-silicon alloy, melting in a graphite crucible to form a ferro-silicon alloy ball, and casting the ferro-silicon alloy ball into a glass piece by using a platinum-gold crucible. The preparation method is ingenious in process, rapid in preparation, accurate in component content keeping and low in operation difficulty, the melting points of the anhydrous mixed flux and the anhydrous lithium tetraborate are different, when the ferrosilicon alloy and the anhydrous mixed flux are molten at a low temperature, the anhydrous lithium tetraborate still covers the ferrosilicon alloy in a solid state, and the ferrosilicon alloy is stable in performance.
