During calibration, a load is applied to the wheel force sensor through the mechanical arm, and a loaded external force is measured through the calibrated precision platform scale. The small-range wheel force sensor outputs the voltage of each channel and the rotation angle of the wheel force sensor. A loading matrix, an output matrix and a corresponding rotation angle of the wheel force sensor are obtained by changing the magnitude of the loading external force and the rotation angle of the wheel force sensor, decoupling calculation is carried out, a coupling matrix is obtained, and calibration of the wheel force sensor is completed.
