The device comprises a base platform, a clamping mechanism, a power mechanism, a feeding mechanism and a measuring mechanism. The base platform is used for mounting the power mechanism and the feeding mechanism; the clamping mechanism is used for fixing a bearing seat; the power mechanism is used for providing friction force required by the rotation of the bearing seat shaft and ensuring the stability of the detection process; the feeding mechanism is used for installing the measuring mechanism and providing a feeding stroke required by detection; and the measuring device is used for detecting the planeness and circle run-out of the bearing seat.
