The flexible transmission device comprises a supporting seat, a first output shaft, a second output shaft, a driving assembly, a flexible assembly and a driven assembly. The driving assembly is located in the supporting seat, the first output shaft and the second output shaft are both located on the outer side of the supporting seat and connected with the driving assembly, one end of the flexible assembly is connected with the driving assembly, and the other end of the flexible assembly is connected with the driven assembly. The driving assembly comprises at least two switching gears and a plurality of driving wheels, the first output shaft drives one switching gear to slide to be meshed with one driving wheel, the other switching gear is staggered from the other driving wheels, and the second output shaft drives the driving wheels in the meshed state to rotate; and the fle
