Continuous production process and device of perfluorinated compound

The embodiment of the invention provides a continuous production process and device of a perfluorinated compound, and relates to the field of electrochemistry. The continuous production process of the perfluorinated compound comprises the following steps: continuously introducing a hydrocarbon organic raw material and hydrogen fluoride into an electrolytic bath for electrolytic reaction; in the reaction process, materials at the bottom of the electrolytic cell are continuously guided out, liquid separation treatment is conducted, a lower-layer perfluorinated compound and an upper-layer material are obtained, and the upper-layer material is continuously introduced into the electrolytic cell for an electrolytic reaction; materials in the middle of the electrolytic bath are continuously guided out and are introduced into the electrolytic bath for electrolytic reaction. The continuous production process and the continuous production device for the perfluorinated compound realize continuous production of the perfl
