Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an isothermal amplification detection kit for simultaneously detecting nucleic acids of 10 reproductive pathogens by using a dissolution curve method, and the 10 reproductive pathogens are chlamydia trachomatis, neisseria gonorrhoeae, mycoplasma hominis, mycoplasma genitalium, ureaplasma urealyticum, ureaplasma parvum, herpes simplex virus type 1, herpes simplex virus type 2, treponema pallidum and trichomonas vaginalis. The kit comprises an amplification reaction solution, an enzyme reaction solution and a probe. The method is an analysis method combining isothermal amplification with a dissolution curve, and is different from an SAT method which uses a molecular beacon to perform synchronous amplification detection, because an isothermal amplification product is mainly an RNA single chain, detection can be performed through dissolution curve analysis of end point detection after the reaction is completed, and when a binding probe is designed, the detection result is more accurate.
