The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, amplifying a hadh-abfD-orfZ target gene sequence in vitro, and inserting the hadh-abfD-orfZ target gene sequence into a vector to obtain a vector plasmid; and S2, introducing the vector plasmid in the step S1 into the halomonas. The proportion of 4HB in P34HB synthesized by the engineering strain is high, and the engineering strain is expected to become a chassis strain for industrialization in the future. In the P34HB production process, the cytotoxicity can be reduced, and the P34HB content can be increased, so that the production cost is reduced, and industrial large-scale production is facilitated.
