Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a mutant of helicobacter pylori alpha-1, 3-fucosyltransferase, polynucleotide for coding the mutant, an expression vector containing the polynucleotide and a host cell, and further discloses a method for coupling the mutant of the helicobacter pylori alpha-1, 3-fucosyltransferase with magnetic beads at a fixed point. According to the method, the fucosyltransferase can be repeatedly utilized and can be quickly and effectively removed from an enzymatic reaction system, and the method is applied to preparation of a medicine for treating diseases. Compared with a wild type, the mutant of the helicobacter pylori alpha-1, 3-fucosyltransferase provided by the invention has the advantages that the yield is higher, and the fucosyltransferase can be effectively fixed on a solid surface, such as a magnetic bead surface, by a better method without damaging the activity. The fucosyltransferase is separated and washed from an enzymatic reaction system through a magnetic separation method, and the fu
