Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a high-carbon SiCN precursor, an impregnant, a ceramic-based composite material and a preparation method, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of ceramic-based composite materials. Compared with the conventional SiCN ceramic, the high-carbon SiCN ceramic has a higher temperature-resistant grade, and the ceramic-based composite material developed by taking the high-carbon SiCN ceramic as a matrix has more excellent high-temperature mechanical properties. Through molecular structure and chemical synthesis design, a high-carbon SiCN precursor is developed, and the continuous fiber reinforced high-carbon SiCN ceramic-based composite material is prepared by taking the high-carbon SiCN precursor as an impregnant and adopting a liquid-phase impregnation process.
