Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine preparation, and discloses a preparation method of ilaprazole, which comprises the following steps: (1) reacting 3-methyl-4-methoxy-2-hydroxymethylpyridine with a reducing agent to generate a compound 1; wherein the reducing agent is one of phosphorus tribromide, thionyl chloride, iodine, potassium iodide, sodium iodide and methyl iodide; (2) 5-(1H-pyrrole-1-yl)-2-mercapto benzimidazole and a compound 1 are subjected to a reaction under the action of a catalyst, and 5-(1H-pyrrole-1-yl)-2-[[(4-methoxy-3-methyl-2-pyridyl)-methyl] methylmercapto] benzimidazole is obtained; and (3) oxidizing the 5-(1H-pyrrole-1-yl)-2-[[(4-methoxy-3-methyl-2-pyridyl)-methyl] methylmercapto] benzimidazole by using an oxidizing agent, so as to obtain the ilaprazole. The ilaprazole prepared by the preparation method has the characteristic of high yield.
