Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of multi-component oxide ceramic powder, which comprises the following steps: (1) after a power supply is switched on, driving a non-consumable electrode to rotate through a rotating motor, and simultaneously driving the non-consumable electrode to vertically move downwards through a first stepping motor; (2) when the distance between the non-consumable electrode and the consumable electrode reaches a critical value, the dielectric between the non-consumable electrode and the consumable electrode is broken down by the voltage to generate an electric arc; the high-energy ion beam of the electric arc can quickly melt the upper area, directly facing the non-consumable electrode, of the consumable electrode to form a melt; and (3) intermittent discharge of the electric pulse causes severe fluctuation of the melt, so that micro-droplets are sputtered from the melt and react with surrounding media, and powder is formed under the cooling effect.
