The invention provides application of Gordonia grisei EPS in degradation of plasticizers, and belongs to the technical field of biological treatment of environmental organic pollutants. EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) of Gordonia in West Lake is extracted and added into a polluted water body to be used for degrading the plasticizer, the EPS is any one of total EPS, S-EPS, LB-EPS or TB-EPS, and the plasticizer is DBP (Dibutyl Phthalate).
