The specific molding process comprises the following steps: 1) laying prepregs with cut sizes in a mold according to a corresponding sequence; (2) vulcanizing the connecting joint mould pressing mould on a high-temperature flat plate hot press, wherein the prepreg matrix is epoxy resin, and the vulcanization system is as follows: the normal temperature is raised to 75 +/-3 DEG C within 2 hours, the temperature is kept for 2 hours at 75 +/-3 DEG C, the temperature is raised to 150 +/-3 DEG C within 2 hours, and the temperature is kept for 2 hours at 150 +/-3 DEG C; 3) applying pressure twice by the hot press at a pre-vulcanization stage of 75 +/-3 DEG C to ensure that the mold is closed in place for vulcanization; (4) punching is conducted on the composite material connector formed through compression molding according to the design size; and (5) the titanium alloy insert block is bonded to the composite material co |
