The 3D printing forming method comprises the following steps: establishing a three-dimensional digital model of the curved radiation array surface; positioning and mounting the conformal bearing substrate in the 3D printer; a first dielectric layer is subjected to 3D printing and photocuring at the top end of the conformal bearing substrate; conducting columns and conducting layers are sequentially subjected to 3D printing and photocuring at the top end of the first dielectric layer; repeatedly preparing the first dielectric layer, the conductive column and the conductive layer until all the conductive layers are prepared; and finally, 3D printing a second dielectric layer at the top end of the conductive layer.
