The welding strip device comprises a bottom plate, a truss fixed to the bottom plate, an air cylinder fixed to the top of the truss, a Y-axis linear guide rail fixed to the bottom plate and a Y-axis movable supporting plate connected with the Y-axis linear guide rail through a first sliding block. A Y-axis servo motor and a Y-axis ball screw, wherein the Y-axis ball screw is connected with the Y-axis servo motor through a first coupling; the X-axis linear guide rail is fixed on the Y-axis movable supporting plate; the X-axis movable supporting plate is connected with the X-axis linear guide rail through a second sliding block; the X-axis ball screw is connected with an X-axis servo motor through a second coupling; the welding strip platform is fixed to the X-axis movable supporting plate, the clamping device is fixed to the welding strip platform, and the welding gun head is fixed to the end, facing the welding strip platform 3, of the air cylinder.
