Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of chilli powder, and particularly discloses a chilli powder making method which comprises the following steps: (1) removing stems of chilli, cleaning, drying until the water content is 16-18%, then cutting into segments with the length of 0.5-1cm, adding peanuts, sesame and green papaya powder, stir-frying for 10-15min, and grinding to obtain a mixture I; (2) mixing fennel, white granulated sugar, wheat flour, cinnamon, Chinese prickly ash, five spice powder, the modified chrysanthemum extract, the shredded perilla leaves and the modified orange peel powder, and grinding to obtain a mixture II; and (3) mixing the mixture I obtained in the step (1) and the mixture II obtained in the step (2), uniformly stirring, sterilizing and drying to obtain the chili powder.
