The amplitude adjusting device comprises a linear moving mechanism and a sliding plate which is arranged in the outer box body and is driven by the linear moving mechanism to move in the axial direction of the rotating shaft. The excitation frequency and the excitation force of the vibration exciter can be independently adjusted, so that the fruit tree vibration exciter adapts to different fruit trees, and the purpose of reducing damage to the fruit trees is achieved.
