Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a prediction model for size change of TiN in steel and a construction method and application of the prediction model, and belongs to the technical field of metallurgy. The construction method of the prediction model comprises the following steps: step 1, calculating the sum of solute element migration flux caused by electromigration and solute element diffusion flux caused by different solute concentrations in molten steel under the action of pulse current; 2, obtaining a TiN particle radius prediction model under the action of the pulse current by utilizing a Fick first law and a precipitated phase radius change rule; and step 3, obtaining historical production data of the TiN particle size in the molten steel after different pulse current processing, and correcting the model by using a linear regression fitting method to obtain a corrected prediction model of the TiN particle size in the steel.
