The output end of the propellant supply unit is connected with the fuel gas generator through a pipeline with a normally-open valve, a propellant blowing-off branch is arranged on the pipeline where the output end of the propellant supply unit is connected with the fuel gas generator, and the output end of the propellant blowing-off branch is connected with the pressure adjusting end of the propellant supply unit.
