The invention relates to a nerve embedding auxiliary device which comprises a cork sheet clamping structure used for clamping and fixing a cork sheet; the metal foil curling structure is used for curling the metal foil in the plane state into a cylindrical surrounding space; the metal foil curling structure is positioned right above the cork sheet clamping structure and is coaxial with the fixed cork sheet; the position adjusting structure is used for adjusting the distance between the metal foil curling structure and the cork sheet and controlling the metal foil curling structure to be close to or away from the cork sheet for operation; wherein the position adjusting structure is arranged on any side of the upper portion of the cork sheet clamping structure, the position adjusting structure is fixedly connected with the cork sheet clamping structure, the metal foil curling structure is arranged on the position adjusting structure, and the metal foil curling structure is rotationally connected with the positi
