The dual-detector differential indication compensation auto-collimation system comprises a semiconductor laser, a convergent lens, a beam splitter prism, a neutral density filter, an industrial camera, a position sensitive detector, a beam splitter prism, a collimating lens and a standard reflector. A light beam emitted by a laser passes through a convergent lens and a beam splitter prism to generate a light beam parallel to a light path, and the light beam enters an industrial camera through an optical filter and is collected; the light beam perpendicular to the light path forms a collimated light beam through the beam splitter prism and the collimating lens, and the collimated light beam enters the standard reflector and is reflected back to the position sensitive detector to be collected.
