Comprising the following steps: performing microinjection test; carrying out a small fracturing test, wherein clear water, slick water and a glue solution are injected into the stratum according to a stepped displacement increasing/decreasing mode; performing constant-displacement alternate injection test by using clear water and gelled acid; and main fracturing construction is conducted.
