The alloy comprises the following chemical components in percentage by atom: 28.5%-30% of Ti, 33.25%-35% of Ni, 14.25%-15% of Cu, 19%-20% of Zr and 0.01%-5% of Y. The structure of the alloy comprises large-particle compounds and black small-particle nanophases, the size of the large-particle compounds is 1-20 microns, and the number of the large-particle compounds is 10-30 per 2500 square microns; the size of the black small-particle nanophase is 10-200 nanometers, and the number of the black small-particle nanophase is 10-50 per square micron.
