Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides an aluminum-molybdenum-chromium intermediate alloy and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out fluidized roasting on molybdenum disulfide and chromium sulfide, and cooling to obtain molybdenum trioxide and chromium oxide; and (2) mixing aluminum powder, potassium chlorate and molybdenum trioxide and chromium oxide obtained in the step (1), and then carrying out vacuum thermit reduction smelting, cooling and refining to obtain the aluminum-molybdenum-chromium intermediate alloy. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the aluminum powder and the potassium chlorate are dried by heat released by fluidized roasting of the metal sulfide, so that the drying process is shortened, and continuous production is facilitated; and a vacuum aluminothermic method and an electron beam furnace refining method are adopted, so that the uniformity of the intermediate alloy is improved, the impurity content in the interm |
