Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of metallurgical engineering, and particularly relates to a method for separating and recovering iron and titanium from vanadium extraction slag through coal-based reduction-magnetic separation, which comprises the following steps of: performing wet ball milling, acid leaching, filtration, dehydration and high-pressure roller milling on vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate sodium modification vanadium extraction slag to prepare green pellets with the granularity of 8-16mm; and the green pellets are subjected to oxidizing roasting, direct reduction in a coal-based rotary kiln, residual coal removal through magnetic separation, electromagnetic induction heat treatment, crushing, ball milling and magnetic separation, and reduced iron powder and high titanium slag are obtained.
