Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a recombinant expression plasmid of short-chain dehydrogenase, a recombinant genetically engineered bacterium and application of the recombinant expression plasmid and the recombinant genetically engineered bacterium. The application refers to application of a wet cell obtained by induction culture of the recombinant genetically engineered bacterium or a short-chain dehydrogenase pure enzyme extracted by ultrasonication, separation and purification of the wet cell as a catalyst in preparation of alcohol compounds by asymmetric reduction of carbonyl compounds. The invention particularly relates to an application in preparation of (R)-4-chloro-3-hydroxybutyric acid ethyl ester by asymmetric reduction of 4-chloroacetoacetic acid ethyl ester.
