Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an indole-3-pyruvate monooxygenase EbYUC2 gene for regulating and controlling the number of leaves of erigeron breviscapus. The nucleotide sequence of the indole-3-pyruvate monooxygenase EbYUC2 gene for regulating and controlling the number of leaves of erigeron breviscapus is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. The invention has the advantages that the full-length sequence of the EbYUC2 is cloned, and the EbYUC2 plant binary expression vector is constructed for genetic transformation of the arabidopsis thaliana and the erigeron breviscapus respectively. In the transgenic plant, the number of leaves and the expression of the EbYUC2 and TAA1 genes are obviously increased. Similarly, the content of endogenous auxin, especially indole-3-acetic acid, in the transgenic plant is also significantly increased. The results show that the EbYUC2 can control the leaf number by adjusting the biosynthesis of auxin, so that a foundation is laid for revealing a molecular mechanism for controlling the leaf numbe |
