The copolymer comprises the following copolymerization units in terms of 100% by mass of the total of all copolymerization units: 1) 45-85% by mass of a copolymerization unit derived from (meth) acrylate modified polyurethane; 2) 5-30% by mass of a copolymerization unit derived from modified polyethyleneimine; 3) 1-25% by mass of a copolymerization unit derived from an epoxy resin; and 4) 1-15% by mass of a copolymerization unit derived from (meth) acrylic acid. The copolymer is good in stability and good in improvement effect on the wet rubbing fastness effect of the fabric.
