Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a tobacco bacterial wilt resistance gene NtWRKY45 and application thereof in tobacco bacterial wilt resistance, the scheme is that a WRKY transcription factor NtWRKY45 which is subjected to up-regulation expression induced by ralstonia solanacearum and screened on the basis of tobacco gene chip data in the earlier stage is subjected to PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) cloning to obtain a cDNA (Complementary Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) sequence for coding the protein; a CaMV 35S promoter is constructed through BP and LR reactions based on a Gateway system to drive an NtWRKY45-TAP gene plant expression vector, GV3101 agrobacterium is transformed and introduced into an infected tobacco variety Honghua Dajinyuan through a leaf disc method, transgenic tobacco is subjected to molecular identification and ralstonia solanacearum inoculation resistance identification, and results prove that the NtWRKY45 can positively regulate and control the resistance of the tobacco to ralstonia solanacearum.
