Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of organic synthesis, and particularly discloses a preparation method of an alkyl phosphorothioate compound containing a quinoxaline ketone structural unit, which comprises the following step: reacting a quinoxaline ketone compound, olefin, phosphorothioate and ammonium persulfate in a DMSO (dimethylsulfoxide)-containing solvent to prepare an alkyl phosphorothioate compound product containing the quinoxaline ketone structural unit.
