Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical synthesis, and particularly relates to a method for synthesizing bifenthrin by using a boiling bed. The method comprises the following steps: putting crushed biphenyl alcohol solid powder into a boiling bed, drying to a boiling state through hot nitrogen, suspending the boiling solid powder between catalyst laminates, blowing atomized kung-fu acyl chloride from the lower side of the boiling bed by an atomization device, and pumping hydrogen chloride gas generated by reaction at an exhaust side through low vacuum, and dissolving, crystallizing, centrifuging and drying the synthesized bifenthrin solid material to obtain the finished product biphenyl raw powder. The method is simple to operate, reduces the use of a solvent for a synthesis reaction, and avoids the generation of wastewater in a post-treatment process.
