The wood-based laser scatterer is composed of lignin-removed wood or lignin chromophoric group-removed wood and transparent resin which is immersed into a pore structure in the wood and has a refractive index which is not matched with the refractive index of wood nanocellulose; the coating is prepared through ultraviolet curing or thermocuring. Or the wood is composed of lignin-removed wood or lignin chromophoric group-removed wood, and transparent resin and a fluorescent material which are immersed into the internal pore structure of the wood, and then the wood is prepared through light curing or heat curing.
