According to the integrated automatic control method of the industrial robot, historical state data and real-time state data of the industrial robot are obtained, and the historical state data comprise historical force data and historical speed data of an end effector of the industrial robot; the real-time state data comprises real-time force data and real-time speed data of an end effector of the industrial robot; respectively calculating a normal state threshold index, an allowable normal error range and an allowable limit error range based on the historical state data and the real-time state data; according to the method, historical and real-time state data are fully utilized, comprehensive monitoring and adjustment of the end effector are achieved, the automatic control performance of the robot is effectively improved, it is ensured
